The Facilities Assistant will report to the Television Centre Facilities Manager, providing administrative support for managing the studio and post production facility, ensuring all facility issues are responded to appropriately and resolved in a timely manner. Working within a busy office environment this role is ideal for someone looking to further their career within facilities management administration.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s experience working in a busy facilities department, together with good Microsoft Office skills. Experience in data entry and excellent attention to detail is crucial. Experience in CAFM Explorer or similar Facilities Management Software and knowledge of Building Plant, Systems and Services is desirable.
The role is part-time – 20 hours a week over 5 days, Monday to Friday.The full job description can be found here.
