Business Development Manager, Post Production  

The role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing new post-production business. It will oversee and support the efficient and most cost-effective delivery of post-production services to clients and proactively glean client feedback to better meet our clients’ needs and support continuous improvement of our services. The role will also require collaboration with our Post Production Supervisor to identify new technologies and new ways of working.

The aim is for the role to make an immediate impact, so the ideal candidate will must have a strong existing network within the post-production industry, and a proven record of sales and be adept at identifying and targeting new revenue streams.

2 x Studio Engineers

We’re currently recruiting for two Studio Engineers.

The successful candidates will undertake duties in our studios and technical areas, moving between the areas as necessary to cover programme and maintenance needs. They will be required to work at the highest level of technical complexity under programme and/or operational pressures.

The roles are responsible for the maintenance, alignment, modification and operation of a wide range of broadcast equipment and systems deployed in our studios, ensuring that all technical facilities necessary to meet programme requirements are in place.

Production Support Coordinator

We’re currently recruiting for a Production Support Coordinator to join our busy production support team.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and queries at our Stage Door office at Elstree Studios, working across a range of ‘meet and greet’, front of house, administrative and production support activities. The role will play an important part in developing rapport with our production clients, suppliers, staff and contractors, ensuring visitors leave with a positive experience of our facilities.

The core hours of work will be 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. However, the role requires flexibility to work additional hours, evenings and weekends and at our other sites (specific to client productions).
